A Brief History

November 1988.

April 1992
Move to large double fronted premises next to the post office in the heart of the village vacated by Prudential.

January 2000
Open second office in Haywards Heath appointing a new team of staff to handle sales and lettings in Haywards Heath and the surrounding villages.

April 2004
Open third office in High Street  Hurstpierpoint appointing a new team of staff to handle sales and lettings along all the Downland villages.

Today and beyond…
We seek to establish further offices to bolster and develop the branch network whilst maintaining the clear message of being a family owned independent business grown slowly and sensibly on the back of a strong reliable brand.

Trading Ethos

We are a family owned 3 branch independent estate agency who provide a range of property related services for the communities within Mid Sussex.  We are here for the long term having established ourselves in 1988.  Our clear and committed aim is to provide accurate valuation advice, deliver on our promises of presentation and feedback and help our clients realise their dreams of moving home wrapped up in a package of professional services where continuity of staff and genuine personal service are paramount. It’s as simple as that!
