LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
Our busy lettings department is looking for a full or part time lettings administrator. The successful applicant with be an extremely efficient, capable individual with good customer interface skills. The role will involve assisting our experienced manager with day to day property management issues, tenancy viewings, referencing and general lettings admin and paper work. CHARGES LEVIED BY US TO PROPOSED TENANTS
When agreement has been reached in principle to let a property through us we will ask you for a non-returnable administration fee of £150 per person for any applicant likely to be living at the house over the age of 16. (Fees will be waived at our discretion for full time students) This fee includes VAT and covers among other things the cost of carrying out references upon you by a professional third party company. It also covers the inventory clerks fees for checking you in at the beginning of the tenancy and checking you out again. These are the only administration fees you will incur throughout the entire term of your tenancy, even if the agreement is renewed. All our tenancies seek a security deposit of not less than one and a half months rent in addition to all monthly rental monies which are always paid monthly in advance. Our security deposits are protected and insured by the TDS, a government backed scheme.
